One-part heat transfer electronics silicone glue

SB-442 is a single component, white, thermally conductive silicone adhesive. At room temperature, It solidifies after absorbing moisture in the air. The cured one-part heat transfer electronics silicone glue exhibits excellent primer-free adhesion to many substrates, such as silicone rubber to silicone rubber, metal to metal, and ceramic, plastic or metal to a heat sink. When applied to the substrate enables adhesion to parts and heat transfer of the bonded assembly. SB-442 thermal conductive adhesive has excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. It is non-slumping in thin sections. It is specially designed to enhance performance at extremely low and high temperatures ranging from -50℃ to +200 ℃. Since SB-442 is based on silicone, it is re-workable.
