rtv-1 alkoxy electronic silicone sealant
SK-376 is a one-component, short skinning time, neutral curing industrial alkoxy silicone sealant/adhesive. It will cure in the presence of atmospheric humidity. It is specially formulated for bonding, sealing and coating electrical devices and electronic parts. This RTV-1 silicone sealant is simple to use. It does not require mixing or high capital investment. The rtv-1 alkoxy electronic silicone sealant has a pleasant smell. It is completely neutral and will not react with copper and its alloys or other metals. It also has excellent primerless adhesion to many types of substrates. It has excellent long-term thermal stability (-50° to +200°C), long-lasting flexibility, very good adhesion, UV and radiation resistance, and excellent chemical resistance. It is resistant to weathering, moisture and ozone, and maintains its characteristics in harsh environments.

Can I apply new silicone on old silicone? | For the best adhesion, we recommend removing the old silicone. New silicone will bond to old silicone, but the bond is not as strong as if it is adhered to a clean surface. If you choose to apply over old silicone, the warranty is void. |
