SK-3628 is a white paste, one-component, RTV, high thermal conductivity (1.6 W/mK), non-corrosive neutral alkoxy curing silicone sealant adhesive. It gradually cures after reacting with moisture in the air, and exhibits excellent adhesion and electrical properties in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 200°C.The 1-part rtv neutral cure silicone sealant glue is suitable for insulation application. It has excellent resistance to cold, moisture, UV, ozone and chemicals. The heat conductive silicone sealant is very suitable for a variety of applications that need to remove heat from heat-generating parts, including applications in automotive components. The sealant also has the characteristic of fast tacky free when in contact with moisture in the atmosphere, forming a rubber elastic resisting to bad weather and moisture.
