Non corrosive silicone sealant
SK-204 is a one-component, non-flowing (non-sag), versatile, alkoxy neutral curing RTV silicone sealant, specially formulated for bonding and sealing applications that require long-term reliability. It cures quickly at room temperature after absorbing moisture in the air. The sealant has a tacky free time of 5-20 minutes. During the curing process, it generates neither heat nor corrosive by-product. It contains low VOCs compounds. The non corrosive silicone sealant exhibits excellent adhesion to most materials, and has good vibration resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance and weather resistance. The cured product exhibits excellent mechanical properties and elasticity. Maintain flexibility in the range of -50°C to +200°C. It also exhibits good electronic performance and is suitable for electric and electronic devises sealing and bonding of automotive vehicles, car lamp, car headlight. Available in supply black, white and grey color. It's an excellent adhesive for many electrical and electronic applications where corrosion to metals is a problem.
