It shows excellent non-primer adhesion to many substrates, and has excellent electrical insulation, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength. It is specially formulated for bonding, sealing and coating electronic components and electrical devices. The rtv1 electrical insulating silicone sealant is very suitable for applications that require rapid tacky free and early green strength development on electronic components, circuit boards and other sensitive components. It is resistant to weathering, moisture, and ozone, and maintains its characteristics in harsh environments.
