SB-442 is RTV 1-part, silicone based high thermal conductive silicone sealant adhesive which contains a high ratio of thermally conductive fillers. It exhibits excellent thermal conductivity because it fits snugly in the gap between the heat-generating unit and the heat sink. At room temperature, it can be cured by reacting with moisture in the air, and exhibits good adhesion properties to most substrates. It also exhibits excellent electrical properties with stable to wide temperature change, suitable for insulation applications. With excellent thermal conductivity, it can transmit the heat out the appliances to reduce the temperature and enhance appliance’s performance.
