RTV-1 electrically insulative silicone caulk

SFR-8200 is a one component, ready-to-use, high performance RTV silicone rubber adhesive sealant. This RTV-1 electrically insulative silicone caulk will cure when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible, tough, durable, elastic and flame-retardant silicone rubber. It passes UL 94V-0 flame retardancy test. It has excellent adhesion to various substrates, including glass, metal and many plastics. The curing speed depends on the application thickness and the curing humidity. The thicker the application, the slower the curing, the higher the humidity, and the faster the curing. It has excellent electrical insulation, water resistance, chemical resistance, and impact resistance etc. SFR-8200 can be used in a wide temperature range from -50°C to +150°C. Used for bonding components and equipment to heat sinks, and other bonding and sealing applications that require flexibility, thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy. No primer is required. It is available in black and white color.
