SFR-3100WT is a one-component, non-corrosive, UL-94v0 flame-retardant alkoxy silicone paste adhesive. It cures at room temperature with a 5-10 minutes fast tacky free time. It has good thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation, high strength, good adhesion to various substrates, good dielectric properties, and good heat and water resistance. The general use temperature range is -50℃～+200℃. Its neutral curing properties make it ideal for applications that require fast curing and excellent adhesion on electronic components, circuit boards and other sensitive components.
