EP-1109-11 is a one-component, black, low halogen carbon-filled electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. The electrically conductive epoxy glue is widely used in semiconductor industry, such as electronic bonding and sealing applications that require excellent electrical and mechanical properties. This conductive epoxy adhesive is very suitable for electronic packaging applications, such as die attachment and solderless interconnection, component repair, display interconnection...For example, when the components on the PCB cannot withstand soldering, or when electrical shielding is required, this conductive adhesive is a good substitute. In most cases, this electrically conductive epoxy adhesive is beneficial in environments where the risk of mechanical and thermal cracking is very high. If used in heat-sensitive components, this conductive epoxy would be valuable. It is a safer alternative than leaded and lead-free soldering.
