Rtv2 fire resistant electrical potting resin
FONG YONG SFY-131 is a two-component, thermally conductive liquid silicone rubber with good electrical properties. SFY-131 can be cured at room temperature or elevated temperature. Cured SFY-131 is low shrinkage, making it a flexible rubber with high temperature stability.
During curing, SFY-131 is with no heat and not corrosive. It is very suitable for the potting of various electronic components, power modules and control modules to form an insulation and water-resistant system. This addition cure, rtv2 fire resistant electrical potting resin has been widely used in LED screens, wind generators, PCB components, power supply, transformer etc. This UL-94v0 approval silicone rubber potting is also ideal for potting delicate surface mount devices.
