2 part electrical silicone potting compound

SFY-161 is an RTV addition curing, two-component thermally conductive silicone potting material and encapsulant. It is good fluidity after mixing. This flammable retardant liquid silicone rubber has excellent electrical insulation, high moisture resistance and wide temperature resistance. It can be deep-cured at room temperature. The 2 part electrical silicone potting compound is also available to be cured at elevated temperature to meet faster curing requirements. After fully cured, this UL94v0 silicone potting material can effectively protect electronic components from vibration and mechanical shock, contamination, and excess heat. SFY-161 has passed UL certification. Its convenient 1:1 mixing ratio (by weight) allows mixing and application to be carried out manually or mechanically.

What is an RTV Silicone?	An RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanization) silicone potting compound is a material that begins to cure immediately upon being exposed to air (specifically the moisture present in the air), as opposed to water based sealants such latex.
