2 part silicone potting compound

SC-1120 is a two component silicone potting and encapsulation resin. It provides a simple 1:1 mixing ratio for easy handling. Its A and B parts are dark grey and white respectively, making it easy to check if the mixture is complete mixed by checking whether the color of the mixture is uniform. Potting forms a permanent connection to the component, thus protecting it from unauthorized intervention. After curing, silicone rubber potting compound protects electronic devices from vibration, debris and moisture. It is environmentally friendly and offers an inherently flexible span over a wide temperature range (-50°C to +200°C). Its high thermal conductivity value of 1.2 W/mK demonstrates fast and efficient conduction of heat from the power components to the heat sink.
