UV resistant clear epoxy laminating resin
E-110CL/H-100 is a transparent clear casting epoxy laminating resin, mainly designed for the application of decorative products, and available for electronic components. Typical workpieces made of using this epoxy resin and hardener include river tables, jewelry, tabletops, watches, electronic components, or any other products that require transparent castings or surface coatings.
This epoxy compound is water clear. The laminating resin is compatible with many substrates, such as glass, wood, concrete, stone, clay, metal, and some plastics...etc.
As time goes by, it is difficult to avoid yellowing of any resin. However, compared to using other epoxy resins, using our new uv filtering epoxy formula will make the applied projects remains crystal clear for a longer period. This excellent improvement allows artists to make objects with longer lasting yellowing resistance. When completely cured, the epoxy resin can resist to scratches, stains, impact and water. This epoxy resin can be colored with epoxy-compatible pigments or colored dyes. Many fillers can also be added to the resin (metal, pearl powder...). The pot life is long enough to cast river tables, pictures, artworks, or other products.

Can you sand bubbles out of epoxy? | Simply sand down the entire surface of your piece, making sure you pay special attention to the areas with bubbles. Wipe away all the sanding residue with a damp paper towel. Apply a fresh coat of carefully weighed and mixed epoxy resin. |
Why is my resin still sticky? | Sticky, tacky resin is often caused by inaccurate weighing, not mixing thoroughly or by curing in cold temperatures. Try moving your piece to a warmer spot: if it doesn't dry, re-pour with a fresh coat of resin. |
How strong is 2 part epoxy? | Two-part epoxies have excellent shear strength, which means they're good at resisting outside forces that try to cause the internal structure of the adhesive to slide against itself.
